Great to see how much you enjoyed working with your team at Ethos! I completely agree with you that we need to do better at providing upward mobility for our people at Ethos in a more structured manner. We're introducing quite a bit on the leadership, growth and advancement topic in the coming months so we can have more focused conversations with our team members about what's next in their career, how to get there and provide the development necessary to learn, grow and advance. We recently introduced a partnership with Bravely, a coaching for all company, so our people can have unlimited access to coaches professionally and personally to grow and succeed. Thanks for your hard work while you were at Ethos, I recognize how challenging it's been over the last 1.5 years! - Holly

Pros

People you work with are fantastic. The medicine is high quality. If you are a hard worker and team player, you can spend years here building your career.

Cons

The high-up leadership and C-suite never had clear communication of the direction of the company. Because of this changes happen overnight and you are left to adapt quickly. It is pulling teeth to do your work because there are so many road blocks and approvals and levels of "managers" with egos to get through which slows progress and innovation. There are many managers and people not in correct roles. Even with managers and leads, unsure who is really in charge. Lots of layoffs across all corporate roles quite often.
