Thanks for taking a few minutes to leave a review. I respect your viewpoint and would like to share a little of what we've done to try and raise total compensation at Ethos. In 2020 and 2021 we adjusted hourly rates and salaries at our hospitals based on market reviews of compensation, offered 80 hours of COVID PTO to every person at Ethos (in addition to the regular annual PTO amounts) whether there was a state requirement or not, paid 4 bonuses to every person in the company including Per Diem team members and much more. We removed the 60 day waiting period for health coverage and increased our benefit coverage plan extensively. For medical benefits in 2021 we absorbed a 7.5% health insurance increase to the company to avoid any increase of premiums for 2021. I agree with you that we have more work to do. At the same time, we want to share the amount of progress we've made toward increasing wages, benefits and total compensation for our team members. We appreciate your time and efforts while you were a part of Ethos and want to say thank you, we're sorry we didn't live up to what your expectations were. - Holly

Pros

People you work with are fantastic. The medicine is high quality. If you are a hard worker and team player, you can spend years here building your career.

Cons

The high-up leadership and C-suite never had clear communication of the direction of the company. Because of this changes happen overnight and you are left to adapt quickly. It is pulling teeth to do your work because there are so many road blocks and approvals and levels of "managers" with egos to get through which slows progress and innovation. There are many managers and people not in correct roles. Even with managers and leads, unsure who is really in charge. Lots of layoffs across all corporate roles quite often.
