The management team in place when I was hired was great
Cons
Mid-level hospital service director ran everything into the ground, as far as back office employee retention and morale. Other management team members turned a blind eye to their power tripping colleague driving away the client care team to other hospitals or entirely different industries. Management refuses to take actual consideration from front line employees about necessary changes or why the current protocol is unrealistic.
