      Good pay if you work 15+ hours OT every week. Health & Savings Benefits

      Cons

      Management has ZERO experience in the field. Everything is chaotic and unorganized. Run 100% like a call center without any regard for the clients and their pets. Very high stress worm environment. If you don’t do OT every week and say yes to everything they ask, you will be targeted and harassed. High turnover. Daily berated by clients with no company or management support. EEOC violations. No respect for employees, even those who never complain and always do great work. Over a decade in the field and I’ve never worked for such a horrible company.

      Customer satisfaction is high. Tries hard to improve patient care and veterinary medicine through research.

      Pros

      People you work with are fantastic. The medicine is high quality. If you are a hard worker and team player, you can spend years here building your career.

      Cons

      The high-up leadership and C-suite never had clear communication of the direction of the company. Because of this changes happen overnight and you are left to adapt quickly. It is pulling teeth to do your work because there are so many road blocks and approvals and levels of "managers" with egos to get through which slows progress and innovation. There are many managers and people not in correct roles. Even with managers and leads, unsure who is really in charge. Lots of layoffs across all corporate roles quite often.
