The only nice thing about it is that the office is nice.

Micro managing people; coworkers are trash talk and sabotage each other, working environment is toxic; No trust between subordinates and managers; Some employees play their phones all day long; The organization let go of 25% of its staff the bloody week before Christmas; Good people and competent ones are mostly left.
