This company preaches Safety but hires people with NO Safety experience for Safety position, Benefits are below average, Top heavy company with to many do nothing titles, Below area average pay, and HR department is completely INCOMPETENT - they either do not have a clue or simple don't care. Managers at the upper levels do more deflection than assuming responsibility, some managers openly trash the company other play the "snake in the grass" BS these cause more hate and discontent while doing more harm than good, stop hiring your buddies....
