      Pros

      Newish company trying to go in the right direction by bringing all the divisions together. Very smart technical company. Many in upper management have come up through the ranks and know details of the business processes well.

      Cons

      Being a very technical company, their management skills are very lacking. They either over or under manager. They do not have very good people skills. Most attention is put towards satisfying their customers, to the extent that they do not listed to skilled craft on what is best.

      a fairly good place to work

      things can get hectic annual review raising are minimal unless you are in management
