      Pros

      Some of the smartest colleagues I've worked with in my career. It's a transparent culture with a clear vision, and people who want to help others be successful.

      Cons

      Be ready for a fast paced environment, that adapts as necessary and have colleagues challenge the status quo in the spirit of always improving. If you're uncomfortable with change, it might not be the place for you.

      Pros

      cool culture flexible work arrangements, decent pay, cool work.

      Cons

      outsourcing everything they can, selling all they can for parts, its a sinking ship of a company. keep in mind that they spend more on labor in Mexico city than in USA! What a sham! should be taken off US Stock exchange for that! Loosing users at a steady rate year of year. I'd avoid. no growth opportunity. Not brand vision.
