      - The work culture is amazing - You are valued in your team and across the org. People are nice(really nice), willing to help and more than open to have a discussion. Everyone is just one slack message away - Well defined career ladders - Amazing

      Cons

      - Sometimes the work is very boring. (But this varies depending on the role and the team) - The annual review process is just very very boring.

      Pros

      cool culture flexible work arrangements, decent pay, cool work.

      Cons

      outsourcing everything they can, selling all they can for parts, its a sinking ship of a company. keep in mind that they spend more on labor in Mexico city than in USA! What a sham! should be taken off US Stock exchange for that! Loosing users at a steady rate year of year. I'd avoid. no growth opportunity. Not brand vision.
