      - Enabling makers to find niche markets - Extremely people-oriented culture - Fantastic work/life balance - Highly competitive pay - Engineers have a lot of influence on direction of work - Leadership is very approachable

      Cons

      - Coordination problems can lead to churn and slow progress - Tech stack can feel a bit bloated/dated - A lot of homemade systems that are a hassle to maintain

      Pros

      Empathetic, smart people in a lot places.

      Cons

      Senior leadership has changed alot in the years since the pandemic highs and it's not quite stabilized. Overvalued executors and undervalued those with high EQ and people leadership. Promoted executors into senior roles and then they floundered and exited, or worse they chased away better potential fits for those roles who were overlooked.
