      Incredible wlb, overall low pressure environment

      Cons

      Lots of people doing things they have no business doing. Management doesn't understand what expertise is or how to hold people accountable. Sort of joke.

      cool culture flexible work arrangements, decent pay, cool work.

      Cons

      outsourcing everything they can, selling all they can for parts, its a sinking ship of a company. keep in mind that they spend more on labor in Mexico city than in USA! What a sham! should be taken off US Stock exchange for that! Loosing users at a steady rate year of year. I'd avoid. no growth opportunity. Not brand vision.
