      Amazing work life balance, fun office culture, very inclusive, and the best benefits I’ve had at a job

      Compensation in the form of stock has been steadily decreasing and it’s hard to see it reversing Promotions and performance reviews incentivize competing with your co-workers Executive team seems to change direction frequently and re-orgs are disruptive

      Pros

      cool culture flexible work arrangements, decent pay, cool work.

      Cons

      outsourcing everything they can, selling all they can for parts, its a sinking ship of a company. keep in mind that they spend more on labor in Mexico city than in USA! What a sham! should be taken off US Stock exchange for that! Loosing users at a steady rate year of year. I'd avoid. no growth opportunity. Not brand vision.
