      Pros

      Step inside the Charlotte office and you will instantly feel a wave of energy. Many employees come from a competitive background but you would never guess that if you saw them interact with one another - it is very clear that this is not only a TEAM environment but also a family. They have a remarkable support system.

      Cons

      ettain group is growing quickly and I hope that they can continue to deliver the excellent service that they pride themselves on.

      Pros

      Great team members, great boss if the correct one is in place.

      Cons

      If the wrong boss ,he gives a lot of favoritism even to the wrong people, the commission structure was not always clear and the amounts were minimal. Even if you reached your goal they still wanted for you to make the #of calls on daily and weekly basis,,. which didn't make sense but okay.
