      The culture is upbeat and the office has energy.

      Cons

      The operations and infrastructure of the company are smoke and mirrors. The man who is the head of operations has the partner's attention for many strategic initiatives which exaggerates the angle that smoke and mirrors are strengths. HR staff works hard, but is barely existent completely buried, yet the management keeps saying that employees are super important.

      Pros

      Great team members, great boss if the correct one is in place.

      Cons

      If the wrong boss ,he gives a lot of favoritism even to the wrong people, the commission structure was not always clear and the amounts were minimal. Even if you reached your goal they still wanted for you to make the #of calls on daily and weekly basis,,. which didn't make sense but okay.
