      Recruiters are quick to give you a call back when you need them to My recruiter offered a lot of assistance when going full time with the company I was with

      Was low balled on my wages when I initially began - but received some raises through my time with this company.

      Pros

      Great team members, great boss if the correct one is in place.

      Cons

      If the wrong boss ,he gives a lot of favoritism even to the wrong people, the commission structure was not always clear and the amounts were minimal. Even if you reached your goal they still wanted for you to make the #of calls on daily and weekly basis,,. which didn't make sense but okay.
