      Pros

      They hire energetic, friendly, and fun types of people which makes for a good work environment which you will need because of how miserable the actual position is.

      Cons

      This company obviously only cares about the bottom line. The turnover rate is high and management does not seem to care about it. Your success truly depends on which market you work in. There is no training beyond the week long visit to Charlotte.

      Pros

      Great team members, great boss if the correct one is in place.

      Cons

      If the wrong boss ,he gives a lot of favoritism even to the wrong people, the commission structure was not always clear and the amounts were minimal. Even if you reached your goal they still wanted for you to make the #of calls on daily and weekly basis,,. which didn't make sense but okay.
