Pros
The people at low levels of this company are kind, smart, and driven young professionals. They want to be successful and are very motivating to others at their level. This job is a great way to see what kind of resumes and people major tech clients are looking for and is good way to move into the tech field later on. Great way to make connections
Cons
Management is not great. Management salaries compared to entry level, or even Senior Recruiters is an enormous gap. They do not want you to speak up about problems with process around business, are not very helpful or motivating, and prefer employees who don't question any methods and just do what they're told.
