      Pros

      Lots of autonomy, and compensation builds over time--great for people with strong work ethic who can hold themselves accountable. Great team based in Raleigh-Durham area. Fun perks like expense account, car and phone allowance, incentive trips to tropical islands! I tripled my income from my previous job in less than 3 years.

      Cons

      Systems could use more automation, somewhat disorganized, occasionally lacking in leadership transparency.

      Pros

      Great team members, great boss if the correct one is in place.

      Cons

      If the wrong boss ,he gives a lot of favoritism even to the wrong people, the commission structure was not always clear and the amounts were minimal. Even if you reached your goal they still wanted for you to make the #of calls on daily and weekly basis,,. which didn't make sense but okay.
