      -Local management likes to sell used cars -Unfortunately company culture doesn't care about people, yet they're in the people biz -Expect to give it all without celebrations or recognition -Backwards business model, will say no to good business with high margin if outside their "pillars" -Cheap

      Pros

      Great team members, great boss if the correct one is in place.

      Cons

      If the wrong boss ,he gives a lot of favoritism even to the wrong people, the commission structure was not always clear and the amounts were minimal. Even if you reached your goal they still wanted for you to make the #of calls on daily and weekly basis,,. which didn't make sense but okay.
