      Pros

      The recruiters make you feel like they are working in your best interest. This is a good opportunity as a stepping stone or to get your foot in the door of a company you really like.

      Cons

      The recruiters push for wage agreement at the beginning of the engagement. They disclosed the full compensation package after the offer was extended. They only offer medical insurance and auto enroll 401k. There isn't any paid time off, as in vacation, holidays, paternity, or sick time. Pay is below market average.

      Pros

      Great team members, great boss if the correct one is in place.

      Cons

      If the wrong boss ,he gives a lot of favoritism even to the wrong people, the commission structure was not always clear and the amounts were minimal. Even if you reached your goal they still wanted for you to make the #of calls on daily and weekly basis,,. which didn't make sense but okay.
