      Local leadership in most offenses have good intentions until they controlled/pressured by corporate leadership

      Cons

      Company is controlled via private equity, you’re seen as a number not a human Limited capabilities in CRM No large enterprise clients outside of a few offices Their happiness with you is directly correlated with your results or you’ll be treated like a third world citizen.

      Pros

      Great team members, great boss if the correct one is in place.

      Cons

      If the wrong boss ,he gives a lot of favoritism even to the wrong people, the commission structure was not always clear and the amounts were minimal. Even if you reached your goal they still wanted for you to make the #of calls on daily and weekly basis,,. which didn't make sense but okay.
