      Pros

      The company is a very large organization and never offers any incentives outside of being in corporate.

      Cons

      They hire recent grads mostly. Only real promotions happen in Corporate in Charlotte, NC. Lack diversity of any race outside of blonde hair and blue eyes. I ask that someone do a diversity check and I am sure it is 1% within the overall internal staff.

      Pros

      Great team members, great boss if the correct one is in place.

      Cons

      If the wrong boss ,he gives a lot of favoritism even to the wrong people, the commission structure was not always clear and the amounts were minimal. Even if you reached your goal they still wanted for you to make the #of calls on daily and weekly basis,,. which didn't make sense but okay.
