      Pros

      They try offering incentives for doing well, like Friday off, trips, etc.

      Cons

      Pay structure is terrible, below average. They hire the most incompetent and rude managers. There is no diversity at the C suite level. The account managers get away with lying and doing a lot of shady things, when working with the recruiters. They do not have realistic expectations and will stress you out constantly. Do not work here, they do not pay well enough to stress you out this much.

      Pros

      Great team members, great boss if the correct one is in place.

      Cons

      If the wrong boss ,he gives a lot of favoritism even to the wrong people, the commission structure was not always clear and the amounts were minimal. Even if you reached your goal they still wanted for you to make the #of calls on daily and weekly basis,,. which didn't make sense but okay.
