      Good team and culture at the local level.

      Cons

      Poor used car salesman leadership. They are not honest do not promote based on who deserves it they promote "yes" people only and very horrible leaders. They under pay people aquired to many companies at one time these staff is over worked and could not keep up. Lots of turnover avoid this place

      Pros

      Great team members, great boss if the correct one is in place.

      Cons

      If the wrong boss ,he gives a lot of favoritism even to the wrong people, the commission structure was not always clear and the amounts were minimal. Even if you reached your goal they still wanted for you to make the #of calls on daily and weekly basis,,. which didn't make sense but okay.
