Pay was good, and the customer was great to work with

They just throw you with the customer without any interaction with them. When I got notice that my contract would not be extended, they did not contacted me again. We are just numbers.

Great team members, great boss if the correct one is in place.
Cons
If the wrong boss ,he gives a lot of favoritism even to the wrong people, the commission structure was not always clear and the amounts were minimal. Even if you reached your goal they still wanted for you to make the #of calls on daily and weekly basis,,. which didn't make sense but okay.
