      Great flexibility. If you work hard you will also be compensated greatly. Working in staffing also gives you a backdoor view to the full job economy including a large network, market rates and functions. Your next stop after this one will be a highly educated decision.

      Little room for advancement (other than monetary based on commission)

      Pros

      Great team members, great boss if the correct one is in place.

      Cons

      If the wrong boss ,he gives a lot of favoritism even to the wrong people, the commission structure was not always clear and the amounts were minimal. Even if you reached your goal they still wanted for you to make the #of calls on daily and weekly basis,,. which didn't make sense but okay.
