      - Easy hiring process - Paid training - No experience is Required - Friendly Supervisor, Director, and colleges - Great experience - Overtime paid - Very diverse - Six-month contract - Meet wonderful staff members from different departments

      Cons

      - Last-minute changes - Account Managers don't respond to work-related emails - Issues to return computer equipment to vendors - A bit of a stressful environment - Epic Go-Live (2 weeks) is very chaotic (which is normal). - Issues of where you can print documents

      Pros

      Great team members, great boss if the correct one is in place.

      Cons

      If the wrong boss ,he gives a lot of favoritism even to the wrong people, the commission structure was not always clear and the amounts were minimal. Even if you reached your goal they still wanted for you to make the #of calls on daily and weekly basis,,. which didn't make sense but okay.
