      This is a fun, energetic company to work for. They truly care about their employees and want to see everyone succeed. There is a significant amount of opportunity for advancement within the sales and recruiting organizations. History of continued growth.

      Enterprise organizations like finance, HR, marketing, and tech are still evolving and growing pains can be felt here.

      Pros

      Great team members, great boss if the correct one is in place.

      Cons

      If the wrong boss ,he gives a lot of favoritism even to the wrong people, the commission structure was not always clear and the amounts were minimal. Even if you reached your goal they still wanted for you to make the #of calls on daily and weekly basis,,. which didn't make sense but okay.
