Pros
I have been at ettain group for over a year and it has been one of the best experiences I have had. My work life balance has been great, I do put in a lot of hours, but the amount you can make from that more than makes up for it. I don't feel like I am missing out on anything socially because I can finally afford it. The company is great at mentoring and helping you achieve your goals. They also position you to be able to grow and mature within the company quickly. The culture within the Dallas office is great, it honestly feels like I am working with all my friends because that is basically what I do.
Cons
Sometimes we do not have enough people for the amount of work that is brought into the office. We need to hire more awesome people!
