Leadership recognizes employee growth and development through bonuses. Leadership encourages staff participation in company strategic planning. Quality staff who support one another. Company offers some flex time. Leadership supports internal promotions as staff grow.

Cons

Need to replace staff who leave more quickly. Work-load can be overwhelming at times - requiring extra work hours.

Jorge has assembled a talented team who work well together to provide key insights to clients requesting research studies. For a small company, they strive to offer a good benefits package to their employees. There is a commitment to investing in the company and its people.

Cons

Sometimes it feels like we don't have quite enough people to or time to get further in front of things for planning, though delivery of services to clients is priority and has not suffered. The company is currently operating lean while replacing business lost to DOGE cuts.
