Generally decent work environment. Supportive management.

Training was difficult and took months to get a good grasp on the whole process. The Jacksonville location had just opened when I was initially hired and it was clear that the expansion of the AR department was necessary. Many accounts had large past due balances and required a lot of communication back and forth between the agents who billed and the customers who needed to pay. Agents could be difficult to work with if they didn't keep accurate records.
