Pros

Competitive pay and benefits. Good 401k matching.

Cons

Vista viewpoint is the main software used, rather than Procore, and it is very outdated and hard to use; it creates more problems than it solves. Language for contracts is constantly changing so it's hard to keep up with all updates. Lots of turnover throughout the company, at every level. The PC role is 100% administrative and doesn't lead to a role with more responsibilities; PC's at this company either stay in their current role indefinitely without learning any new skills, or move on to another company. General company culture is extremely uptigh with the exception of a few positive people.

Pros

The company is family-owned and has successfully grown into a recognized leader within the industry while maintaining the culture and values of a much smaller organization. Despite its size and continued growth, there is a genuine sense that people matter. Leadership remains approachable, engaged, and invested in both the success of the business and the well-being of its employees. One of the company's greatest strengths is its accessibility. Employees have direct access to the ownership team, and that accessibility is more than symbolic—it reflects a leadership style built on communication, trust, and accountability. The owners are visible, listen to concerns, value feedback, and demonstrate a sincere commitment to supporting their teams. Rather than operating through layers of bureaucracy, the company fosters an environment where decisions can be made efficiently, ideas are welcomed, and employees feel that their contributions make a difference. This combination of strong leadership, family values, and operational excellence has allowed the company to become an industry leader without losing the close-knit culture that sets it apart. It is a place where people are treated with respect, relationships are valued, and there is a shared commitment to delivering exceptional results while continuing to invest in the long-term success of both the company and its employees.

Cons

Fast growth pace has caused a need to add a lot of people.
