Pros

Good Pay, Illusion of being a fair, good company.

Cons

Everyone is so nice-- but don't take that as the real situation. Lots of secrets among management and legal- Family atmosphere is gone. People are fired out of the blue. If job performance needs to be improved upon, employee is never made aware of it so it cannot be corrected. No write ups, no discussions, nothing. Literally got a pat on the back and a nice bonus one week before getting let go.

Pros

The company is family-owned and has successfully grown into a recognized leader within the industry while maintaining the culture and values of a much smaller organization. Despite its size and continued growth, there is a genuine sense that people matter. Leadership remains approachable, engaged, and invested in both the success of the business and the well-being of its employees. One of the company's greatest strengths is its accessibility. Employees have direct access to the ownership team, and that accessibility is more than symbolic—it reflects a leadership style built on communication, trust, and accountability. The owners are visible, listen to concerns, value feedback, and demonstrate a sincere commitment to supporting their teams. Rather than operating through layers of bureaucracy, the company fosters an environment where decisions can be made efficiently, ideas are welcomed, and employees feel that their contributions make a difference. This combination of strong leadership, family values, and operational excellence has allowed the company to become an industry leader without losing the close-knit culture that sets it apart. It is a place where people are treated with respect, relationships are valued, and there is a shared commitment to delivering exceptional results while continuing to invest in the long-term success of both the company and its employees.

Cons

Fast growth pace has caused a need to add a lot of people.
