Pros
Profit-sharing and ESOP for all employees is a huge motivator. In general, the atmosphere is friendly and the company is growing. The fact that there are many long-term employees speaks well of the benefits and work environment.
Cons
Not sure how many opportunities there are for promotion. Lots of tribal knowledge involved in the work, rather than processes spelled out, so it is hard for outsiders to come in. Worried about what will happen when some of the leaders and long-term employees get to retirement age soon.
