Pros

The jobs aren't hard to do, if you ask around you can probably get some help from other workers. Senior employees are pretty knowledgeable to help you through jobs.

Cons

The management favors people, if you aren't close with them then you'll probably never move up, or they'll move you to a position you never asked for. Supervisors aren't that great if you need questions answered. Quality control is all over the place, supervisors will say something is alright to pass, but QA will say its not, and vice versa.

I got to work on a lot of unique and challenging projects. They were very family oriented and understanding.

Cons

I felt disconnected from the core business. I had some safety concerns about their robotics practices. It was very difficult to move up.
