Pros
There are people who do care for the company and their people, but people in upper management play favorites, and avoid change
Cons
1. Like said above upper management plays favorites, some people can get away with things, are completely useless but stay with the company because they're friends with the owner. 2. Don't have the infrastructure to support their own people. Evco's a hot mess that can barely stay together whether in IT, human resources. Or management systems. 3. There's a reason they have zero diversity. I would not recommend Evco to anyone who could be remotely considered a minority. You won't be given any support, and zero protection. 4. Company is run like we're still in the 80s.
