Pros
The wage isn’t bad, and the team that I work with is great. The company does a great job of celebrating employees' achievements, and fostering a positive culture.
Cons
I find that we sometimes get overlooked as a location because we are one of the only Canadian locations, and there are often mistakes in pricing because of this, which is frustrating because we either end up under-charging customers and losing revenue as a business, or over-charging, and losing revenue opportunities. The buyers do a great job for the most part, but I think they have trouble understanding that Canadian consumers are much different from American consumers, and frequently requested products/souvenirs often go unheard, so we end up receiving products that Canadian customers generally have no interest in.
