Pros
The company has a great mission statement, and good values. Most all of the staff I work with either in person or remotely are working toward the same goal, which makes solving problems and taking care of business routine. Everyone is friendly and helpful and that makes even the most challenging days go smoothly. Supportive management that encourages personal and professional growth.
Cons
Like most retail company's they have a high turnover rate, mostly due to seasonal employment. And they have lost many good employees because of lack of hours that were cut with the new healthcare "requirements for part-time" (part time staff not allowed to work over 28 hr p/week and don't receive any benefits). Many of our part time year round staff lost hours over summer where they use to get near full time seasonally, because of this new rule.
