Pros
Most of the people at the "bottom of the pyramid" are incredibly talented and nice. The product and vision are great and you can feel the love from the customers. And who doesn't want to fix the fees disaster that is live event ticketing?
Cons
The company is a strange combination of a startup and a wannabe public company - low pay and loose structure of a startup but inflexibility and bureaucratic slowdowns of a large company. With a few exceptions, your manager's job is to smile for the entire year until your yearly review, where you'll be told something isn't quite right and you haven't earned a raise.
