Pros

I Was on my own time

Cons

I know during covid it was hard but this company was horrible I struggled to survive off what they where paying me after they got rid of salary pay which I had when starting the job and accepting the position. I was promised promotion opportunities etc and never received anything but more work after they had me working on stop when I was salary but right before I went to hourly they conveniently delegated task to others so I didn’t have so much to do then changed the pay, this company does not care about there employer does not care about there employees! I literally worked the entire time threw covid and now working for a hospital I know I missed out on so much! All medical facility staff got a bonus due to working with covid patients I travel to nursing homes and was tested weekly and got nothing but a pay cut! This was by far one of the worst companies I worked with, however I did enjoy some of my co workers overall this company is a joke! On top of it all after I put my notice in my manager was super crappy and I lost a lot of pto hours I felt I should of at least had the option to use but was never allowed to

Pros

From the very beginning upper management has been so supportive. Everyday I look forward to driving into office and giving 110% because it's given right back to me. If I ever doubt something, my peers are always willing to double and triple check things for me. It feels like family just virtually most of the time. I am forever grateful for this opportunity.

Cons

A lot of my team is far away. I live in Raleigh and drive to the office in ChapHill so I don't really get the coworker experience and communication with peers can be difficult at times, especially when personalities don't mesh well in the online community....

Pros

flexible schedule, gas card, insurance, patients are endearing to work with, very rewarding work

Cons

The facility assignments were not consistent in volume, making it difficult to make a living wage. The company took most of the medicare reimbursement and did not always value the contributions of the psychotherapist because the reimbursement levels were much lower than that of physical health payment codes. No real path for advancement.
