Pros

Excellent leadership. My supervisors are always willing to get you what you need to succeed. Flexible hours help balance a busy home/work life. Abundance of paid holidays that I have only seen prior to this at government positions. Everyone is friendly and helpful which is great when you are new. Every necessary resource is made available from laptops to scrubs and more.

Cons

Mostly online training. Not many in person trainings with actual coworkers. But it isn't terrible and there is lots of support. Pay isn't great but it's not too bad.

Thank you for taking the time to share about your Eventus Experience! We're thrilled to hear that you've had a positive experience with our leadership, flexibility, and support resources. Creating an environment where employees feel equipped and welcomed is a top priority for us. We also appreciate your feedback on training and compensation. While our virtual training model allows for flexibility, we recognize the value of in-person learning and will continue exploring ways to enhance connection and collaboration. Compensation remains an ongoing focus, and we are always evaluating ways to remain competitive while supporting our team. We’re grateful for your contributions and look forward to supporting your continued success at Eventus!

Pros

From the very beginning upper management has been so supportive. Everyday I look forward to driving into office and giving 110% because it's given right back to me. If I ever doubt something, my peers are always willing to double and triple check things for me. It feels like family just virtually most of the time. I am forever grateful for this opportunity.

Cons

A lot of my team is far away. I live in Raleigh and drive to the office in ChapHill so I don't really get the coworker experience and communication with peers can be difficult at times, especially when personalities don't mesh well in the online community....

Pros

flexible schedule, gas card, insurance, patients are endearing to work with, very rewarding work

Cons

The facility assignments were not consistent in volume, making it difficult to make a living wage. The company took most of the medicare reimbursement and did not always value the contributions of the psychotherapist because the reimbursement levels were much lower than that of physical health payment codes. No real path for advancement.
