Pros
Salary and annual bonus. We had other benefits but they have slowly been stripped away. And based on the amount of “daily dumpster fires” you have to put out the salary versus hours worked could be negative.
Cons
New leadership overall and especially in Technology is the worst. You have to be Indian to get any respect or considered for promotion. Disruption and chaos are the new order. Over promising is the norm. Business and Technology organizations at each other’s throats. No respect for a balanced home/work life. Finger pointing and the blame game are rampant. Overall Risk has been increasing.
