Pros

Great company with a collaborative and supportive culture. Teams are knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely invested in building quality products. There’s strong respect for engineering and QA, with opportunities to work on meaningful, technically interesting problems. Leadership is open to feedback, and there’s a clear focus on continuous improvement, learning, and cross-team collaboration.

Cons

The size of the company introduces some complexity in understanding how products fit into the overall product landscape.

Pros

I work in the EverHealth division. Colleagues are friendly and quick to help. Diversity is a founding value--and for a guy not so much on that bandwagon (due to the political bent) I am astonished that this company walks their talk. Diversity of thought is protected and respected. I really admire this. Managers are communicative and and eager to help you succeed. There is a sense of ownership at all levels. This traces back to another founding value that everyone wins or loses together. It's the primary reason I pursued this company and they walk the talk here as well. Collaboration between all levels is fantastic. I've not encountered any "silos" among teams or groups which reflects well on both the leadership and the people.

Cons

Products need some help. But there's always a difference between the way a product looks through the lens of marketing vs customers. This is normal and expected. To be fair--the company is investing in the products and paying attention to customer feedback which is encouraging.
