• Toxic Leadership: The management structure is incredibly poor. Leaders are entirely disconnected from the realities of the daily work, and the environment feels hostile rather than supportive. The chain of command lacks accountability and basic management skills. It’s all meetings about more meetings. Never moving the ball forward.
• Non-Existent Work-Life Balance: The expectations are completely unrealistic. There is zero respect for personal time or boundaries, and you are expected to sacrifice your well-being for a company that does not value you.
• Chaotic Environment: Internal systems and processes are disjointed. Trying to get specialized, detail-oriented work done is an uphill battle because of the structural dysfunction and lack of clear direction from the top.
Manager always missed 1:1 meetings, never responded to emails / messages.
