Pros

The work a lot of times is in such disarray you can float by. I've watched VPs, CFOs, leaders all leave by the handfuls within a year's time. Stock has only been falling since its launch.

Cons

- leadership - planning - constant leadership changes There's a lot of "we're changing" talk and to their credit they do make changes but you have to understand Evercommerce is really just a bunch of acquired small start ups. This organization isn't going structured the same as a larger enterprise company that has formed divisions. You might be working for a start up in CA that got acquired and that's your company with oversight from Evercommerce. Eventually they might get it together but the politics and empty promises on projects nowhere near able to be completed in the timelines thought, along with the churn of leaders, does not leave you with the feel goods. In there internal surveys it was a few that < 40% said they saw themselves at the organization in 2 years. Says a lot about a publicly traded company.

Pros

I work in the EverHealth division. Colleagues are friendly and quick to help. Diversity is a founding value--and for a guy not so much on that bandwagon (due to the political bent) I am astonished that this company walks their talk. Diversity of thought is protected and respected. I really admire this. Managers are communicative and and eager to help you succeed. There is a sense of ownership at all levels. This traces back to another founding value that everyone wins or loses together. It's the primary reason I pursued this company and they walk the talk here as well. Collaboration between all levels is fantastic. I've not encountered any "silos" among teams or groups which reflects well on both the leadership and the people.

Cons

Products need some help. But there's always a difference between the way a product looks through the lens of marketing vs customers. This is normal and expected. To be fair--the company is investing in the products and paying attention to customer feedback which is encouraging.
