Pros

Remote work flexible hours .

Cons

The leadership was incompetent. The company has very little structure and you are expected to reach targets such as "taking notes" while your manager is training you. You have very little support. The targets are not set ahead of time. You are expected to excel at tasks that are not aligned with the reasons you were hired. My manager went on vacation 2 days after I was hired and left me with a huge list of tasks. I was expected to complete all of those tasks while figuring out on my own how to use the system. I was getting feedback from peers for my work. My training was essentially translating documents. It seems that I was only hired for that reason. The worst experience I've had in a company and I've been working for over 10 Years. This review is for EMHware based in Canada and part EverCommerce

Everyone is in different time zones but you get used to it

Pros

I work in the EverHealth division. Colleagues are friendly and quick to help. Diversity is a founding value--and for a guy not so much on that bandwagon (due to the political bent) I am astonished that this company walks their talk. Diversity of thought is protected and respected. I really admire this. Managers are communicative and and eager to help you succeed. There is a sense of ownership at all levels. This traces back to another founding value that everyone wins or loses together. It's the primary reason I pursued this company and they walk the talk here as well. Collaboration between all levels is fantastic. I've not encountered any "silos" among teams or groups which reflects well on both the leadership and the people.

Cons

Products need some help. But there's always a difference between the way a product looks through the lens of marketing vs customers. This is normal and expected. To be fair--the company is investing in the products and paying attention to customer feedback which is encouraging.
