Pros
FTO, full-time remote work, good perks like wellness reimbursement/student loan repayment/recently revised parental leave program - DIEB investment/programs
Cons
Lackluster culture with no perceived interest in improving it. Lots of performative statements about inclusivity and belonging, but it’s clear what this company cares about: meeting fiscal goals due to going public (which they clearly were not ready for). They have unrealistic expectations as to what people are capable of under pressure and simply don’t seem to care about the people busting their butts to try and gain even an inch of success for the company. For a publicly traded company, Evercommerce’s HR team is a joke. They’ve invested a lot in building job architecture/career path programs and promised how powerful this will be for employees - but have delivered nothing. The approach to recruiting is a slow moving dumpster fire. Their IT team can’t handle the capacity of requests employees have. And, it’s clear that the C-level is out of their depth and woefully out of touch with what the subsidiary companies need to succeed.
