Pros

EC is a place where you can bring your true authentic self to the workplace! It is so inclusive and offers a very autonomous and flexible work/life balance. In my experience, the values we promote on our website are backed by the actions of the people who make up this great company. Kindness and collaboration are at the heart of what we do and what contributes to our success as a whole and as individuals within our respective roles. Additionally, I can see there being a lot of opportunity for my own continued growth and professional development as well as many opportunities for my peers and colleagues. I am so happy I have found a "home" here at EC!

Cons

Not many cons come to mind, but if anything, being the majority of us are remotely based and are mainly spread across North America, we don't have much option to meet people face to face if we wanted. Not a total con however, as I love being a remote employee at the same time.

Pros

I work in the EverHealth division. Colleagues are friendly and quick to help. Diversity is a founding value--and for a guy not so much on that bandwagon (due to the political bent) I am astonished that this company walks their talk. Diversity of thought is protected and respected. I really admire this. Managers are communicative and and eager to help you succeed. There is a sense of ownership at all levels. This traces back to another founding value that everyone wins or loses together. It's the primary reason I pursued this company and they walk the talk here as well. Collaboration between all levels is fantastic. I've not encountered any "silos" among teams or groups which reflects well on both the leadership and the people.

Cons

Products need some help. But there's always a difference between the way a product looks through the lens of marketing vs customers. This is normal and expected. To be fair--the company is investing in the products and paying attention to customer feedback which is encouraging.
