Pros

The pros are being able to work from your own home environment and the benefits

Cons

Probably by far the worst job I’ve ever had. They have unrealistic goals every month for patient calls(which are rarely met) and when that goal is met they want to try to push it even further the next month when you barely scathed by the last month. You are sometimes on as late as 8 pm trying to reach out to people when most people would be in bed. They give you an unrealistic goal and expect to be able to meet or supersede it but don’t give you the correct tools to succeed. Most of the veteran employees get the patients so the new employees are struggling tooth and nail to get their patients. Overall it’s a toxic environment

Pros

I work in the EverHealth division. Colleagues are friendly and quick to help. Diversity is a founding value--and for a guy not so much on that bandwagon (due to the political bent) I am astonished that this company walks their talk. Diversity of thought is protected and respected. I really admire this. Managers are communicative and and eager to help you succeed. There is a sense of ownership at all levels. This traces back to another founding value that everyone wins or loses together. It's the primary reason I pursued this company and they walk the talk here as well. Collaboration between all levels is fantastic. I've not encountered any "silos" among teams or groups which reflects well on both the leadership and the people.

Cons

Products need some help. But there's always a difference between the way a product looks through the lens of marketing vs customers. This is normal and expected. To be fair--the company is investing in the products and paying attention to customer feedback which is encouraging.
