Pros

The company has a remote friendly structure and has pretty good benefits. The management team I have interacted with have been kind, intelligent and driven. I have been at a company where you have unlimited time off but were looked down on for using it but have not experienced that here. My time has been respected with little after hours communication.

Cons

They are still in transition and need to be better at communicating with employees. I don't always know where to go with questions outside of my responsibilities like compensation questions, etc. The pay structure is a bit low for the level of responsibility I and other peers have (particularly in terms of bonus compensation) and access to equity is fairly tight.

Pros

So far, I've found the people at EverCommerce to be talented, supportive, and always willing to help. There's a lot of opportunity to work with different teams, which has made it a great environment for learning and gaining exposure to different areas of the business. Leadership encourages ownership, and I've appreciated the flexibility and collaborative culture. As someone who's still fairly new, it's been a welcoming place to get up to speed.

Cons

It can take some time to learn where information lives and who to reach out to for specific questions, especially when you're new.
