There's a lot of opportunity to work with different teams, which has made it a great environment for learning and gaining exposure to different areas of the business. Leadership encourages ownership, and I've appreciated the flexibility and collaborative culture. As someone who's still fairly new, it's been a welcoming place to get up to speed.
